Banking Law and Financial Services

The financial services team is primarily involved in regulatory aspects of the financial services industry.  Among its clientele the team acts for the Financial Services Board as the industry regulator enforcing compliance standards with a number legislation such as the Financial Services Board Act, FAIS and FICA.  The team is very experienced in this industry on the employee benefits as it also acts for the Adjudicator for Pension Funds.
