Curatorship

This is a highly specialised area in the firm.  The team has taken Curatorship of a number of very prominent companies in South Africa from Saambou Bank, where the firm was appointed to assist the receiver of credits J Louw in winding up the affairs of Saambou, the IGI Insurance Curatorship, the Curatorship of the Corporate Cash Management Manager (Pty) Ltd and recently the Curatorship of Bonitas Medical Fund.
