Our employment law and employee benefits team focuses mainly on advising the firm's clients on a variety of labour law issues. The team specialises in both individual and collective labour dispute resolution. We represent employers and employees and the Labour Court and/or High Court. We advise employer groups on the administration of funds and resolution of disputes arising there from. We represent employer groups and/or retirement funds before the Pension Funds Adjudicator and/or the High Court.
Our employment law team has the necessary skill and experience in the area of pension fund governance and regulation, monitoring compliance with the adjudicator and surplus apportionment schemes and taking appointment as Curators for pension funds etc.
