We advise clients on administration of funds and analyse in advice on dispute arising from the Rules of the Fund. We also represent the Registrar of Pension Funds from the internal appeal stage up until the Supreme Court of Appeal. We also assist with the drafting of reasons on behalf of the Registrar of Pension Funds when admin penalties are imposed for non-compliance.
We also represent the Pension Fund Adjudicator.
