André Bloem (Managing Director)

André is a devoted litigation attorney and is an accomplished lawyer, acting on behalf of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces since 1998 and the Financial Services Board since 1999. He facilitates applications to the High Court on behalf of the Law Society, for the removal of attorneys from the Roll of Attorneys or the suspension of attorneys. Part of his specialised service to the Law Society includes the opposing of applications for re-admission, appeals against findings of disciplinary committees, review of fee assessments by the Law Society, and other related matters. In terms of the Financial Services Board his expertise extends to various High Court applications such as curatorship and review applications. He also deals with applications to the Supreme Court of Appeal on behalf of his clients. André is seasoned in pension fund and related matters with eight years in-depth experience in that field and also deals with general High Court matters.
