Joseph is an accomplished property lawyer with vast experience related to all aspects of property matters, especially sectional titles. Rooth & Wessels is proud of their chairman of the Board. He is a versatile lawyer with specialised knowledge ranging from company and close corporation’ registrations, drafting of commercial agreements, such as shareholders agreements and sale of business, to due diligence investigations. Joseph is an admitted notary public, assisting clients with the authentication of contracts and collation of organisation documents that are required internationally. Adding to his versatile expertise, Joseph is also a registered tax practitioner who attends to tax objections and appeals with SARS on behalf of the firm’s clients.
